On May 8^th, Mr. Zhao Qiming, the Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of SEPCOIII, visited HFE for reviewing and guiding work.

After arriving at HFE, Mr. Zhao Qiming and other two persons first went deep into the production site to gain a detailed understanding of the construction of the HFE factory area and the execution of project production. Subsequently, a meeting was convened with the leadership team and department heads of HFE. After listening to the report, Mr. Zhao Qiming fully affirmed the contributions made by HFE in the overseas EPC project execution of SEPCOIII after 15 years of development, as well as the achievements made in breaking through and vigorously exploring the external market. Based on the internal and external situation and the company’s reform and development tasks, he put forward six specific requirements for HFE’s next work:

The first is to play a strategic leading role: under the guidance of the 14th Five Year Plan, recognize the situation, seize opportunities, control risks, and effectively implement various strategic goals.

The second is to strengthen basic management: establish a sound basic management system, vigorously develop new quality productivity, actively promote industrial upgrading, improve mechanization level, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise.

The third is to strengthen team building: pay attention to strengthening talent cultivation, improving talent cultivation mechanisms, facilitating talent flow channels, actively building platforms for the growth of various talents, and preparing talent reserves for the company’s development.

The fourth is to strengthen marketing management: establish a sound marketing system, strengthen the construction of marketing teams, focus on leveraging internal collaborative mechanisms within the company, form a marketing synergy, and enhance marketing effectiveness.

The fifth is to strengthen the construction of Party conduct and clean governance, as well as anti-corruption work: strictly implement the dual responsibilities of one position, solidly carry out Party discipline learning and education, establish a strong awareness of red lines, strengthen disciplinary awareness, and always be loyal, clean, and responsible.

The sixth is to handle local government relations well. Emphasis should be placed on strengthening communication and exchange with local governments, timely understanding of relevant policy information, and creating a favorable external environment and strong support for the high-quality development of enterprise.
