开展在职员工子女教育奖励

公司2011年开始实施《在职员工子女教育奖励管理办法》,规定凡参加国内普通高考的员工子女,高考成绩等于或超过普通高考本科一批录取分数线,即可申请奖励,外籍员工根据本国教育体制参考执行,让员工子女感受到了公司的关怀,激发了他们的学习热情。
SEPCOIII has introduced the Incentives for Employees' Children Education Since 2011. It is defined that the children of employees take the university entrance exam registering the required scores or above are eligible for the reward. In the case of the foreign employees, refer to their respective national education system when putting it in place. The incentives makes the children feel the care from parents’ company, a nice motivation for their enthusiasm when learning.
