At 8 o’clock on March 24, Guangda Shayang Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant’s first vehicle of waste entered the site smoothly, marking the successful completion of another major milestone of the project.

The floor elevation of the garbage pit is -5.00m, the deepest excavation is -9.10m, and the building height is 43.95m. During the construction process, the project meticulously organizes and invertsthe construction period to formulate detailed construction plans so as to ensure the smooth realization of the milestone, and earn the unanimous praise from the owner and supervisor.

The project, which is located in Gaoyang Village, Gaoyang Town, Shayang County, Jingmen City, includes 1×400t/d mechanical grate furnace and 1×7.5MW medium temperature and medium pressure pure condensing turbine generator unit. After the project is completed, it will process 133,300 tons of urban domestic waste, generate approximately 51.34 million kilowatt-hours electricity, and reduce about 72.8 tons emission of sulfur dioxide, 31.2 tons emission of nitrogen oxides and 9400 tons emission of dust annually. It has significant social, environmental and economic benefits, and greatly promotes local economic development.
