On February 26th, the staff of State Grid Energy Hami Maintenance Project successfully completed the scheduled repair work of No. 2 furnace D coal mill after four days of continuous hard work.

Due to the continuous heavy load operation of the coal mill, coupled with the influence of coal quality, the internal parts of the coal mill are prone to excessive wear. The boiler pulverizing team carried out regular inspection and overhaul on the inside of the coal mill of No. 2 furnace D on February 23. The fixed repair of coal mill D in No. 2 furnace is mainly for the disassembling and overhaul of No. 1 grinding roll, the inspection and repair of the abrasion of scraping plate, grinding roll guard plate, loading frame guard plate, middle frame body, dynamic ring and nozzle ring, and the treatment of such defects as air leakage of tie rod seal and oil leakage of oil pipeline. The maintenance personnel overcome the difficulties of small space, stuffy, dust, noise inside the coal mill. After four days of hard work, they successfully completed the fixed repair work of No. 2 furnace D coal mill.
