On the morning of March 2, the commencement ceremony of Huadian Lingwu Phase I 200MW/400MWh Shared Energy Storage Power Station 110kV Booster Station and Delivery Line EPC project contracted by Photovoltaic Energy Company was held at project site, which marked the project construction was officially commenced and and a new chapter in the construction of regional key shared energy storage project was opened.

The project is located in Baitugang Township, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The landform is gently sloping hills, and the surface of the hills is covered by silty sand. The planned scale of the power station is 200MW/400MWh, and a 110kV booster station will be built, covering a total area of about 52 acres. Currently under construction is the first phase of 61.92MW / 123.84MWh and supporting booster station and transmission line project.The project adopts the construction of shared energy storage mode. After completion, it will be connected to the local power grid. By participating in the application of peak and frequency regulation, peak and valley cutting, etc., the power grid frequency will be effectively improved, the voltage stability will be enhanced, and the power grid power flow direction will be improved, the loss will be reduced, and the utilization rate of power grid lines will be improved.
